Product Information
The description of the goods you order will, as far as is possible, be correct as of the time you place your order. Whilst every care is taken to ensure that the description and specification of products shown are correct at the time of publication, due to the limitations of photography, broadcasting, browser software, and other factors beyond our control, colour of goods you receive may differ slightly from reproduction. Measurements are approximate to the nearest half centimetre or quarter inch.
If you are in any way dissatisfied with any goods you receive from us, you may return these in accordance with our returns policy.
Prices
The price of your order (exclusive of delivery) will be as shown on our website at the time you place your order. Every effort is made to ensure that the prices shown on our website are accurate at the time your order is placed. However, these may be subject to change. If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order. If you choose to cancel your order we will refund or credit you for the sum that has been paid by for the cancelled goods.
Returns
Returns Policy
You may return your order for any reason by giving us written notice within 7 days after you receive the goods. If you wish to return any goods under this policy, you must return them to us at the address shown below in perfect condition, unused and in their original packaging.
When returning items we recommend that you obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
We reserve the right not to offer any refund or exchange of any personalised product unless the item was delivered faulty. We also reserve the right not to offer any refund or exchange of any product that has been used or damaged after delivery to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
In order to return any goods, please enclose a letter with the goods, in original packaging, stating the reason for return and clearly marking whether you would like a refund or an exchange and return it to:

Faulty Items
In the very unlikely event of a fault becoming apparent on your purchase, please return it to us with a covering letter explaining the fault. We will refund or exchange faulty items, and also refund postage costs.

Ordering and Shipping
Confirmation of Order
A contract does not exist between us and you for the sale of any goods until we have received and accepted your order and sent you confirmation by e-mail to the address provided by you. The contract will be deemed to have been formed and the confirmation given to you as soon as you receive the message, whether or not you read it. Any products on the same order which we have not charged for or despatched do not form part of that contract.
We may change these terms of sale without notice in relation to future sales. Please ensure that you have read our current terms of sale before placing any order.
All goods are subject to availability.
As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any items you order turn out to be unavailable.
Cancelling an Order
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 provides the right to cancel an order for goods purchased within 7 days beginning the day after goods are delivered (received).
Should you decide to cancel your order, notification must reach us in writing within the 7 working day period and we will then refund your purchase by crediting the original credit/debit card used on receipt of the goods so long as they are received in the condition and packaging as sold to you.
Please return the goods to us as soon as possible within this 7 day period. Where possible, please use Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For which is most likely the most cost effective method for you. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us.

If you cancel your order before the goods have been despatched we will refund your credit/debit card for the full amount.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Information
Every effort will be made to process your order within one working day of receipt. All standard UK free delivery items will be dispatched by Royal Mail First Class post. Next Working Day Delivery is sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and will require a signature on arrival.
In the case of special orders and items temporarily out of stock we will advise you of an estimated delivery date as soon as possible after your order is placed.

All international orders will be processed within one working day. We cannot accept responsibility for any breakages or deliveries lost in transit, or delays caused due to incorrect addresses being entered during the checkout process.
Events beyond Control
The Gift Studio Ltd will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is outside our reasonable control. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Payment Methods
We accept most major credit and debit cards through the SAGEPay secure server, or if you would prefer to speak with one of our customer service advisors directly who can place your order for you, you can do so by telephoning: +44 (0)844 880 3800. Your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency if you are shopping from outside the UK.
VAT
All prices shown include VAT at the current rate. We reserve the right to change this in line with any rate changes.

When you order, we will require your name, e-mail address, billing address, delivery address, credit/debit card number, card expiry date and the card CVT number. Without this information we will not be able to process your order.
A contact telephone number will also be required so that we may contact you urgently if there is a problem with your order. When required (unless you advise us otherwise) we will pass this information to our couriers in case they need to contact you.
As part of our efforts to ensure that you are aware of the latest developments and offers, we may also use this information to advise you of new products, special offers or changes to our site. You are subject to the terms and conditions in force at the time that you use the website or order goods unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required by law or government authority in which case it will apply to orders placed prior by you.
