You may return your order for any reason by giving us written notice within 7 days after you receive the goods. If you wish to return any goods under this policy, you must return them to us at the address shown below in perfect condition, unused in their original packaging.
When returning items you are recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide an exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
We reserve the right not to offer any refund or exchange of any personalised product unless the item was delivered faulty. We reserve the right not to offer any refund or exchange of any product that has been used or damaged after delivery to you. This does not affect your statutory rights.
