Q. How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be shipped within 1 working day of receipt by either First Class Royal Mail or by Courier (DHL). You should receive your order within 3 working days of dispatch.

Q. Can my order be gift wrapped?

Yes. You can choose whether to have your order gift wrapped via the website. When viewing the product you wish to order, simply ‘tick’ the ‘Gift Wrapping’ option. You may also add a Gift Message to each product within your order.

Q. Can my order be sent directly to a recipient?

Yes. At ordering stages, you can choose for your order to be delivered to a different address to your billing address. The order invoice will not be sent to the recipient so that they won’t know how much you paid for their gifts.

Q. Can my order be personalised?

Yes, however only certain products online can be personalised. Look out for the little ‘P’ icon located over the product image of any product that can be personalised.

Q. Can my order be returned?

Yes. You may return your order within 7 working days of receiving it unless it has been personalised. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
