Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
UK and International orders will normally be dispatched within one working day of receipt. Standard Delivery items are dispatched with Free Delivery to the UK using Royal Mail First Class and normally arrive within 3 days of dispatch.
European orders usually take 3-5 working days to arrive, with Worldwide deliveries taking 5-7 working days.

Q. Can my order be gift wrapped?
Yes! You can choose whether to have your order gift wrapped via the website. When viewing the product you wish to order, simply tick the ‘Gift Wrapping’ option. You may also add a Gift Message to each product within your order.
Q. I am purchasing my items as a gift, can my order be sent directly to the recipient?
Yes! At the ordering stage, you can choose for your order to be delivered to a different name and address to your billing address. The order invoice will not be sent to the recipient so that they won’t know how much you paid for their gifts!
Q. Can my order be personalised?
We offer personalisation on a small selection of our products. Look out for the little ‘P’ icon located over the product image of any product that can be personalised.
Q. Can my order be returned if I am not satisfied?
You may return your order within 7 working days of receiving it for any reason, unless it has been personalised. Please see our Returns Policy for more information.
